Job Descriptions
Work with the sales team to support sales, provide advice and technical information on the solutions presented.
Presenting software product information, demonstrating DEMO/POC systems for use to government and private sector customers.
Analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
Preparing presentation documents, POC documents, Proposal documents, Statement of Work (SOW) documents and TOR documents.
Coordinating with the sales team and technical teams to help close sales.
Contacting and coordinating with partners/vendors involved in developing solutions.
Checking the appropriate product features to present to customers.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales of software, hardware, IT solutions or related positions. BA/SA/Solution Consultant.
- Experience in preparing documents, bidding for government projects and preparing TOR and the process of preparing e-bidding documents.
- Good understanding of software and hardware development.
- Basic knowledge of Web Application, Mobile Application, Cloud Technology, Cyber Security, Big DATA, AI.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, highly responsible.
- Ability to explain technical information to listeners in an easy-to-understand manner.
