Job description
We are seeking a Software Sales Executive to join our team. We are a software development company. Our team specializes in digital transformation, transitioning from legacy or manual work processes to complex digital workflows and electronic web forms. Our clients include government agencies, state enterprises, and medium to large enterprises.
Our product offerings include paperless solutions, document management software, and healthcare solutions that provide reliable data security and support on a large scale.
We have a dedicated project development team to design and develop customized software solutions that meet the unique requirements of our customers, adhering to software standards, and providing comprehensive after-sales support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from executives and key stakeholders to propose system development approaches and functionalities.
- Validate requirement completeness and prioritize requirements using End-to-End methodology.
- Create software and business requirement documentation including Functional Specifications, Design Documents, Business Workflows, Screen designs, Reports, and Data Files.
- Define software development scope, validate graphic design concepts, and prioritize tasks in collaboration with SCRUM Teams.
- Manage business requirements and technical feasibility while preparing training materials for end users.
- Conduct functional testing and review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results, participating in UAT sessions with clients and key users to ensure developed components meet requirements and are production-ready.
- Plan and design user training programs before go-live and provide post-implementation support.
- Manage projects according to various project plans, handle risks and potential impacts to ensure on-time delivery within budget, with continuous monitoring and tracking.
- Provide input for project time and budget estimation based on business requirements.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis and propose solutions or improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Perform Feasibility and Cost-Benefit Analysis to support management decision-making.
- Develop and support internal team processes while contributing to team capability enhancement.
- Collaborate in establishing standards and best practices for Business Analysis within the organization.
- Review and improve work processes to align with industry best practices.
- Develop related document templates to enhance work efficiency.
- Oversee team performance by setting objectives, KPIs, and standards while managing performance evaluations.
- Build strong relationships among team members, business users, and technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, System Analyst, or other related positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, developers, and related personnel, as well as senior management.
- Excellent teamwork abilities with strong problem-solving skills for immediate challenges.
- Strong team leadership and development capabilities - driven, committed, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach to work.
- Creative thinking with ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions that enhance work capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to documenting business requirements (modeling, requirement analysis) and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and screen layout.
- Understanding of Database, Reports, and Data Flows.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients or users.
