We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Mid-Level) to help translate business needs into practical and high-quality system solutions. You will work closely with executives, key stakeholders, and SCRUM teams to ensure that every solution clearly supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from executives and key stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear system features and development approaches.
- Review and validate requirements to ensure completeness and correct priorities from an end-to-end business perspective.
- Prepare clear documentation such as functional specifications, business workflows, screen designs, reports, and data definitions.
- Define project scope and work with SCRUM teams to prioritize tasks and validate design concepts.
- Coordinate business requirements with technical feasibility and prepare training materials for end users.
- Perform functional testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations and are ready for production.
- Plan and deliver user training before go-live and provide post-implementation support.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and support on-time delivery within budget.
- Support project timeline and budget estimation based on business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, understand business needs, and explain information clearly.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with executives and senior stakeholders to define system direction and solutions that meet business needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and screen layout.
- Basic understanding of databases, reports, and data flows.
- Experience working with enterprise or large-scale clients.
